x00.ai Tool House is a free, browser-based suite of multimedia tools designed for AI creators, digital marketers, and content professionals. The Service offers:

  • Video watermarking and processing
  • Audio conversion and trimming
  • Deeplink generation
  • Other multimedia utilities

All processing occurs client-side (in your web browser) using WebAssembly technology. No files are uploaded to our servers.

3. Eligibility and Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

By using x00.ai Tool House, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. License and Use Rights

4.1 License Granted

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

4.2 Your Content Ownership

You retain full ownership and all intellectual property rights to any files, media, or content you process using our Service.

We claim ZERO ownership, rights, or licenses to your content. Your files remain yours.

4.3 Our Intellectual Property

The x00.ai Tool House website, codebase, design, branding, and software are owned by Sasa Vasic and protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may NOT copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute our code without permission.

You agree to use the Service lawfully and ethically.

5.1 Prohibited Activities

Our tools rely on modern web technologies (WASM, SharedArrayBuffer). We do NOT guarantee functionality on all browsers, performance on low-end hardware, or 24/7 availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

Sasa Vasic and x00.ai Tool House shall NOT be liable for any damages whatsoever, including loss of data, profits, or service interruptions.

Our total liability to you is limited to €0 (zero euros), as the Service is provided completely free of charge.

8. Free Service - No Guarantees

x00.ai Tool House is and will remain 100% free to use. We will never charge for basic features or sell your data. However, we make no guarantees about uptime and may suspend the service at any time.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately for any reason, including violation of these Terms or abusive usage.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sasa Vasic from any claims or losses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vienna, Austria.
